This policy explains what personal data 64impact collects when you use this website, why, and what rights you have over it. Last updated: 21 August 2026.
64impact is a founder-led performance marketing consultancy operated by Jude Agyei. For any question about this policy or your data, contact info@64impact.com.
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. This happens in two ways:
We do not run a newsletter sign-up, on-site contact form, or e-commerce checkout, so we do not collect payment details or build marketing lists from this site.
This site uses a small number of third-party services that may set cookies or make requests to external servers:
At present, 64impact.com does not use Meta Pixel or any advertising or retargeting tracking. If that changes in future, this policy and the cookie notice shown on the site will be updated first.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold your call, and follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as it's needed to respond to you or, if you become a client, for the duration of that working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@64impact.com. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy as the site or our services change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
